Making expert support easier to find and book

Consly was designed from scratch as a web and mobile platform connecting users with medical, fitness and wellness specialists. Our focus was to simplify the entire journey, from discovering the right expert to registration, booking and payment, while creating a separate professional experience for specialists managing their services and profiles.

One product, two clear user journeys

We built the experience around two distinct roles without making the product feel complex. Categories and filter chips simplified specialist discovery, social sign-in reduced onboarding friction, and the booking flow focused only on essential decisions. For professionals, we designed clear flows for profile setup, categories, services and payment configuration. The final UX/UI system was completed and prepared for development.
